Where information is necessary to provide a product or service you request, providing that information allows us to fulfill your purchase or request.
Marketing consent is treated separately.
Purchasing a Blueprint, attending a Gathering, subscribing to The North House Post, or becoming a coaching client does not automatically subscribe you to Field Notes or other ongoing promotional email communications.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in those emails.

Human Design, astrology, personal values and other reflective frameworks may be used in preparing The North House Blueprint.
Information submitted through the Blueprint questionnaire is used to create and deliver the personalized Blueprint and to provide reasonable client support related to that experience.
Blueprint questionnaire responses and related source material are generally retained for up to two years following delivery of the completed Blueprint, unless:
- you request earlier deletion and North House is legally permitted to delete the information; or
- the information must be retained for a longer period for legitimate legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
